The process
Start by reaching out so we can schedule your consultation for a custom quote or talk through your desired collection. After the call, if we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a contract and invoice for your deposit to secure your spot on my calen

After your contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you’ll receive your welcome guide with everything you need to know! If you booked my middle or top tier package, we’ll also schedule your engagement session!

One month before your wedding, we’ll co-create a timeline based on your questionnaire, plan your shot list, and get on a call to ensure you’re feeling confident and in the know about everything happening.

On your wedding day, I’ll work with your vendors and coordinator to ensure everything flows smoothly and flawlessly, so you don’t need to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself as much as possible!

You go on your honeymoon and celebrate your love more, and I’ll get to work on your album! You’ll receive your album 8-10 weeks after your wedding day with fully edited photos!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

After you contact me, we’ll schedule a time to chat, and if you decide to move forward with me, I’ll send you a contract. After the contract is signed, you’ll receive your first invoice, and after payment comes through, I’ll officially put you on my calendar! Then we can plan your engagement shoot (if you’re doing one with your package).

We can create a customized package for you. Engagement sessions allow us to connect before your wedding day though and help you get comfortable in front of the camera, so I highly encourage you to book one!

YES! You’re more than welcome to bring your furry friend along to the engagement session!

For wedding collections, it takes 8-10 weeks to cull, edit, and deliver your digital gallery. I don’t enjoy making you wait by any means, but I care about making sure I take the necessary time to ensure it’s perfect. For engagements, bridal, or boudoir sessions, you can expect the galleries in your inbox within 2 weeks. All images, no matter what package, are delivered via Pixieset and you’ll have the ability to download your photos, order prints, and share them with your loved ones.

You hired me because you love my style and my finishing touches on your images reflect that! For this reason, RAW files are never delivered.

Yes! Bridal sessions and boudoir are available to be added on for $500 for an hour session and 30-50 digital images.

Yes! Drone coverage is included in most packages (weather and location permitting). It’s a stunning way to capture your venue and setting from a unique perspective.

We license music through professional platforms to ensure your film is legally shareable and high-quality. We’ll ask for your musical preferences and vibe, then curate options that suit your story

Yes! While we’re based in Charlotte, we regularly travel throughout North Carolina and beyond for weddings. Whether you're tying the knot in Asheville, the coast, or out of state, we’re happy to come along to document your day.

You’ll receive your full wedding film within 8–12 weeks. I always send a sneak peek clip within a few days so you don’t have to wait to relive the magic.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance, and we’re happy to provide proof of coverage if your venue requires it.

Travel within NC: $0.70/mile where applicable
Overnight Stay: $250 where applicable

Upon signing your contract, a third of your total collection cost is due to ensure that I have you on my calendar. The final payment is due two weeks before your wedding day.
